The Tunisian National team was defeated from South Sudan National Team (64-72) in the game held between them on Saturday at Dakar – Senegal in the second tournament of second group competition of Window 2 of African Qualification to World Cup 2023.
Tunisia won Cameron 55-51 in the first tournament.
The Tunisian team concludes its series of matches in the first leg by defeating Rwanda 65-51 in the second round.
To be noted that the next tournament of this qualification will be held 1 – 3 July; the first three ranked teams of each group in the four groups will qualify to the final tour where teams are going to be divided into 2 groups of 6 teams each.
The first and second place of each group in addition to the best third place will qualify to World Cup Finals which will be held jointly between Indonesia, Japan and Philippine 25 August – 10 September 2023.
