Place of residence:
The teams were accommodated at the Inter City Hotel Muscat, and the General Secretariat and the referees were accommodated at the City Seasons Hotel Muscat.
Place of matches:
The matches were held inside the Al Mouj Muscat compound, which is located on the coast of the Sultanate. The court is open, made of plastic, approved by the International Basketball Federation, and equipped with a modern scoreboard.
Technical conference:
The technical meeting was held on Saturday, 03/02/2024, at the Inter City Hotel Muscat
(Team accommodation hotel) at exactly eight o’clock in the evening, Oman time, in the presence of all delegates of the participating teams. The tournament system was explained, as well as the passports of the male and female players were examined, and the playing kits were reviewed in accordance with the tournament regulations, as well as some administrative instructions were given.

1- The teams were arranged into one group according to the International Federation’s 3×3 classification of teams.

2- The tournament will be held in a one-round league system, and the teams that rank third and fourth in the preliminary round will qualify for the bronze medal, and the teams that rank first and second will qualify for the gold medal and the championship cup.

2- تقام البطولة بنظام دوري من دور واحد ويتأهل الى الدور النهائي الفرق الحاصلة على المركز الثالث والرابع
في الدور التمهيدي للتنافس على الميدالية البرونزية والفرق الحاصلة على المركز الأول والثاني للتنافس على الميدالية الذهبية وكأس البطولة .
3-تم وضع جدول المباريات كما هو موضح بالجدول التالي :

كما قام بتحكيم البطولة عدد (9) حكم مرافقين للفرق وكانوا على مستوى جيد جدا و قاموا بإدارة المباريات بمستوى عالي ولم يحدث أي شيء يعكر صفو المباريات. اما حكام الطاولة والمعينين من قبل الاتحاد العماني لكرة السلة كانوا على مستوى جيد .
